THE APARTMENT
The apartment is all yours, for up to 5 guests. You let yourself in with a quick keyless check-in system: arrive from 16:00 and leave by 10:00.
You will find free WiFi, individually controlled heating and Alexa at your service. The car parks in front of and behind the house are public, free and under video surveillance 24/7.
Between bookings, we sanitise every room with steam at 100°C and disinfect the most frequently touched surfaces.
BREAKFAST INCLUDED
We bring breakfast to your room: milk, coffee and your choice of packaged brioche.

Air conditioning: €6 per night.
Daily cleaning: €8 per night.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 5 guests. No pets. Children: free up to age 4, 50% reduced rate from ages 5 to 14, full rate from age 15.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes: the air is monitored by PM2.5/VOC sensors and, if smoking is detected, a fee is charged to restore the accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside.
The “Entire apartment” option is available for bookings of 2 or more guests; “Single room” bookings include the kitchenette area with one bed and a private bathroom.
